The Arianna® system enables to solve today’s issues about intermodal transport.
WEGH Group offers its services to solve specific problems in the use of the system in rail ports and freight villages.
The Arianna® system, already tested and in use in the railway sector, has been remodelled to create an “at-grade” solution that allows the transit of port and freight village vehicles and/or equipment at full load and beyond, guaranteeing the availability of operation and lower lifetime cost.
It also makes it possible to solve today’s issues in the track system used in this sector.
Arianna® can be customised for both narrow radius bend and turnouts.
The advantage of WEGH’s solution for bends is that the slabs are directly designed and manufactured in the factory.Where the expected curvature is applied, without the need for special components for the fastening system.
The prefabricated upper cupels will be designed and manufactured with special components according to the specific project. The upper face of the cupel can be customised according to a matrix chosen by the Customer.
