Switch point machines
METRA is the innovative switch point handling system manufactured by WEGH Group.
The vast experience of WEGH Group, with particular attention to RAMS values, has allowed the development of an increasingly improved switch point machine, with a certification received for its highest level of safety.
METRA
It is an electro-hydraulic system, configurable with one or two activation units,for operating switches with radius up to 500 m, gauge 1435 mm, and rails 60E1. The first point is placed in metal sleeper, while the second on the prestressed reinforced concrete sleeper.
The level of safety integrity is SIL4
Certified in accordance with CEI-EN 50126, 50129
