WEGH Easy Maintenance: to guarantee constant customers support, WEGH Group has implemented after-sale programs, targeted to every customer needs.
Among these, the Wegh Easy Maintenance program is designed to support the customer in an efficient maintenance management, including spare parts packages for each machine according to the number of sleepers produced (optimizing inventory) and audits/side visits, not only aimed at a general evaluation of the plant, but also including training to maintenance personnel.
“Close to the customer, close to the solution”: inspired by this motto, WEGH Group has activated a dedicated remote assistance service called WEGH4you (W4U), developed to satisfy its customers 24/7 through qualified experts who, through remote support, provide for the resolution of issues in a tight time frame.
