We offer over 40 different models of railway sleepers, which can be made with different direct or indirect fastenings, such as Vossloh, Pandrol or Denik.
Our models are suitable for both conventional railway lines, which follow both standard and metric gauge levels, and modern high-speed lines. Our products can be used in many different contexts, including railway, metro and tramway.

High-speed railway sleepers
They are designed to withstand different loads and speeds than normal lines. For this purpose, we use suitable rubber under sleeper plates and USPs (Under Sleeper Pads). The latter makes it possible to:
- Dampen friction between concrete and crushed stone, reducing the formation of fine dust.
- Improve load distribution.
- Reduce the frequency of tamping and ballast replacement operations.
- Have high performance and lower life-cycle costs.
Tunnel sleepers
We produce a specific sleeper – the RFI Galleria sleeper – equipped with USP (Under Sleeper Pad) and specially designed for tunnels with low elevation margins between the tunnel extrados and the rail plane and the minimal lateral gaps.
Anti-derailment rails
The anti-heeling rails are added to the main rails to ensure operational safety, even on sections of line that, due to particular conformation, may pose a risk of train derailment.
