2. Initial talk

If your application passes the pre-selection, you will be contacted by the recruiter for a telephone interview to verify that you meet the basic requirements of the position and, if successful, you will undergo an initial interview to check competences. At this stage we would like to know how you have used your skills in your main work experiences and how you deal with tasks and challenges at work.

3. Test

Before entering the next interview phase, you will have to complete a test which will be psychometric or aptitude depending on the role. This test helps us gather information that is difficult to identify during the initial interviews. Make sure you have the time and concentration when you take the test.

4. Final inquiries

Those who are selected will have to face interviews with hiring managers, where strengths, motivation, functional skills and compatibility with the company culture and the required role will be valued. Depending on the position, this step may include carrying out case studies, group exercises, interviews with panels, and is aimed at assessing problem solving skills, presentation skills and the ability to work in a team.
